Erika started cooking at a young age which inspired her to pursue a career in culinary. After graduating high school in 2011, Erika studied Culinary & Hospitality at Tri-C College and excelled in the program. Soon after, she took on roles in catering jobs. Unfortunately, it just wasn't enough. Erika wanted more lead way to showcase her skills and talent, and in 2017, she opened up her own business "Chef Erok's Kitchen & Baked Goods"
Initially, Erika sold desserts and platters during holiday seasons. Once business boomed and the demand became higher, she expanded her menu and offered and extensive selection of home cooked meals, and even offers a meal prep service for weeekly/monthly demands. Chef Erok's Kitchen & Baked Goods services the Greater Cleveland region, however, she soon will begin travel services to cater to celebrities and different cities.
